Adrienne has published the Cancer LncRNA Census 2, an expanded and improved resource of cancer long noncoding RNAs. This will be an invaluable resource for diverse applications, including validation for cancer gene prediction, analysis of cancer lncRNA gene properties, and development of lncRNA therapeutics.
